That is really cute! Perfect size for what I would be looking for! What is the total GVWR?

Nice. And the picture size is fine, even looking from my phone.

Cute TT! I'm anxious to see what you find for a van. That's what I've been thinking of doing, so I could use the van for side trips. I would be greatly downsizing.

I think it will be perfect for my needs, although I liked the casita it just doesn't have the elbow room these have. I was so lucky to have this kind of drop in my lap lol. I'm looking for a Chevy express (short wheel base v8) but am researching the v6 as well, just afraid that it won't perform as well out in WA, OR, AZ, NM as a v8 will. I would love the cargo one but with Windows. I have several months to find what I want so hopefully that will help as I need a good used one, I want to pay cash for it. If after several mos I don't find an acceptable van I will entertain trading my car in and just keeping the same car payment that is already budgeted and finding a little used Honda city or city express kind of van for running around when at home that I can pay cash for.

My trailer is about 2700 lbs dry and my van is a small V8 (4.8) It struggles on the hills so you might want to stick with a V8 with more power. You would probably be disappointed with V6.

That's good to know, I've decided that is all I'm looking at are the v8 vans.

I doubt that I would ever have anything but a motorhome but I really like your trailer. If I remember right your trailer is in Washington state and you live in Florida. That means the Rocky Mountains are in your way. I have been through the Rocky's in an under powdered vehicle. You want to get something you can tow with that can handle the weight.

Thanks Martha, that is how I feel as well. I have had people tell me that a V6 could pull it but I would much rather be over powered than under so I have restricted my searches to V8's.

Have you thought of a Ford Expedition? They've got plenty of pulling -- and stopping power for your trailer, and are a great ride. And there's a TON of space in them. They're workhorse SUVs, and seem to go forever -- lots of older ones still on the roads. And they're a big V8.
