Thank you, yes, she was well taken care of by her first owner. The more I look into all the manuals and info that came with her, the more I'm finding was properly repaired. I believe at some point she had a new roof put on and the refrig is only 4 yrs. old, not her original one. She also has a two brand new batteries and a newer toilet. The downside is that she's going to need at least 4 new tires as they are dry rotted. Can I just replace the outside rear tires? The inner ones are in excellent shape.

What a great find. The tire places I have talked to recommend that dual tires match. You need to find out how old they are. Even thought tires look good they can be too old. Most motorhome tires age out not wear out. A blow out can really do some damage in a wheel well.

Wonderful find Kathy. Looks in great shape. I would replace all tires so you are matched up. Peace of mind too. Am going to look forward to seeing how you personalize her. Enjoy.

She looks awesome Kathy! Good job on finding just what you wanted. I like the color scheme, better than the grey / brown stuff nowadays, but that's just me. Thought you mentioned doing a horsey theme, still planning that? Or something else (I know - later after the tires).

Congrats!

Kathy, what a find! She looks like a well kept unit! My tire guys suggested replacing all the tires for the same reasons Martha gave. And my peace of mind and safety was worth it! It looks like it's set up much like mine and I find it workable. I don't have a window in the back and have 2 couches but otherwise it's about the same! Now you get to personize it and make it yours! Have fun and hope to meet you down the road someday!
