Micro lite

For the last 2 years John and I have wanted to update to a newer model trailer. One with AC, bathroom and a bed. While the Shasta is a fun trailer to use it has no bathroom and no ac. It's ok for shorter trips around MN but when we are on a trip out west we have some challenges. Because of heat we can't leave Breezie while we go off and explore and we have had nights in Yuma that have been very uncomfortable. Little fan just didn't get us comfortable. Each night is the task of making up the bed and then putting it away in the morning. So we were looking for a modern trailer not over 20 ft in length and weight wise towable for the jeep with a bathroom and ac. Nothng around here that fit all our requirements. Today my sister in Yuma calls and said. "There has been this 2013 19ft Micro Lite parked in the for sale lot all winter. Today it is unlocked but no one was around so Ted and I looked at it. It has yours and Johns name written all over it." I call the number she gives me and discuss the trailer with the owner. Who incidentally was originally from Minnesota, moved to AZ permanently , bought the trailer a year ago for summer trips back to Minnesota. Now is selling because he is moving to Lake Havasu and wants a boat. After negotiating we settle on a price and details of the sale. It is now on my sisters lot an will have to sit there until April when we can get there to tow it home. I am so excited I can hardly write...I see lots of travel in my future.

Those are very cute especially the one with the murphy bed which pulls down over the couch and still has a separate dinette. Which model is it?

I was looking at a 19' Micro Lite too. Is it by Flagstaff? What type of Jeep do you have to pull it with? Can't wait to see pics!

So fun to hear about all the new rigs lately!

(If I were you, I would head down there now and get out of this ***forsaken state for a couple months before heading back in April with the new TT!)

All this new rig talk and purchasing going on. It must be something in the freezing cold causing it. :D :D How exciting, it does sound like a perfect fit. Congrats. Linda
