Lady Bird

Postby Travelinana » Sun Jul 01, 2012 12:03 pm

I want to get a pic with me standing by her of course. The girl who made the sale wants a picture too. Tony and I were pretty busy getting her into the garage. I still must move more things out of the back of garage in order to get her all the way in. The guy will put the septic tank in next week and I'll have the storage building brought in so I think in a couple of weeks I can move her onto her homebase. I haven't even begun to make her mine as you can see. It is so hot I won't try to do anything until it cools in the evening.
I had already started jotting things down that I will need and the bathroom lights don't come on so that list is started too

Here goes nothin:

Nan - looks like you used the link for the whole album. You need to first make sure your album is viewable to the public. Then click on the photo. It will have a Link hyperlink in the panel to the right. Click on the Link, then use the embed image url. Make sure that you click the box "Image only (no link)" first and size the photo to the size you want to post, then copy the url in the Embed Image box and paste between the IMG codes like you have done with the album link.

Woo hoo! She sure is purty!! Love the counter top space, I miss that. Had a lot in the 40ft, not to much in this one. Sure hope to see her in person this summer, are you even thinking of the Tx GTG??

I feel good about my decision. It isn't 'the ritz' but it will meet my needs. Jayco is also well established and the biggest seller of bumper pulls so one year down the road it probably won't be too hard to sell. Tony will be off next week and we are going to go over all the hooking and unhooking and then I will drive, back up and drive and back up some more. Kelly, my DD, and I have tentative plans to meet the last two weeks in July or first two weeks in August to meet somewhere around the Great Lakes, probably Door County, WI. I hope to have my house painted inside while I'm gone. I'm so anxious to get my things in it and give it the 'Nancy' touch. I'm not a great decorator, more hodge podge with things I like but I resolve not to get too busy with it.
Yes, Sharon, I am thinking of the TX GTG. I was reading about it just this morning. Maybe I will go ahead and make my reservations.

Yay - glad you got pics posted! Looks really nice! There are definite advantages to that rear living room - really roomy feel. Guess that's why so many FWers have that basic plan.
