my new tile

woohoo, finally got my tile for the back splash of the rv kitchen and stove.
its fabulous, and this weekend I'm driving out there with it to just hold it against the blue countertop and
take a look see. Also need to do a measurement to see how many top edge trim pieces I need. Around the
stove was simple, I remembered that one was 2' X 2' along the side and then along the back.
Its metal tile, brushed stainless in a long grain. The tiles are 3x6. Although you can lay it out in several patterns, I.m going
with the tradition brick wall pattern. If I had a big kitchen to do I'd go with the houndstooth pattern
They also have the matching stuff to cover electrical outlets or switches. Don't think I need any of that but I'll see when
I go out there this weekend.

That's really cool tile! Had no idea tile came in stainless...so many things change in the building world in just a few years.

theres no grout, it just all goes tight against each other

That is going to be gorgeous!!! I have a very small cook area so I replaced the old thin plexiglas over the tired faded wallpaper with a couple of the faux tin ceiling tiles. You are going to be amazed at how much better your kitchen looks. Please post pix.

I believe this is what my brother just put in his bathroom. He cut out a big area trying to fix a light switch..he's not really an electrician so he called 'Ken the handyman' to come do the electrical fix. He called me to come see what he decided to do instead of filling back in with drywall. It is a solid piece but has a 6" square pattern...it's in a coppery color and very lightweight..You will love this and he says it's very easy to put up.

I love those "tiles". they are not actually tile but a thin metal that stick on so they are not heavy and don't need any special backing or grout. I almost used them in my kitchen but didn't. Be sure to post your finished pictures.

I agree with everyone....I have a similar product that I installed in my Guest bathroom when my Grandson helped me do the remodel. Your product is different in that it adheres directly to the wall. That wasn't a product I knew about when I installed mine. I used the typical materials on the wall, then put the tiles on & then grouted. It really was an easy installation. The most important thing is making sure you mark the area with a level so that the tile goes up correctly. The only advice I can give is to lay out the pattern on a flat surface to see how it looks & what pieces you may have to cut. In my case I took the pieces that I needed t cut back to Lowes & they did it for me....If I could figure out how to post pictures I would post the finished product. I am so proud of it as it came out absolutely beautiful.....Good luck...you'll love the finish look also !!!!
