I used my smoker this morning for my chicken breast.
Washed it and put it in the dish drainer.
Well, darned if there's not rust on the inside of the tray (the one you cover with the foil)!
So, I recommend that you dry that part when you wash it. I saw no rust anywhere else, although I did take the precaution of drying the lid now.

Good to know. Thanks Mitch. I am going to see if I can get some salmon today at the store to smoke. Will be my first time using the smoker.

NOTHING about either one of you is nice, Sunday or any other day of the week.
And THAT's truthful! (can you believe I actually read that little print without my glasses or making it bigger?)

Sheila, to "grow" your screen temporarily, press <CTRL and => until you can read small print, and then <CTRL and -> until it's back to normal.
Now I'm going back to bed.

On my laptop, it's CTRL = (CTRL + would mean hitting the shift key)

You're right - the plus is above the =, I just never thought about that ... course, I have a bunch of other ways to increase text size, also ... like on this forum you can do so bu clicking on the A^ icon above your name where it says "Logout then your name" ... it's in white. And has the ^ symbol upside down before the A. Clicking on the A will increase the size for two clicks then the next click takes it back smaller.
