Keep calling the main number and leaving messages. The receptionist might be able to get you to someone who can help you, like a supervisor or office manager.

I hope you have that tag by now, Donna! What a pain, and scary as your vehicle is needed, not just for camping.

I have learned the importance of email because of a suit against me regarding an easement dispute. Save and print out your emails. You then have documentation and it's not going to get any better. How many times do we have a conversation over some matter in the past and they ask for when, who and where something took place? I now have a little pad near me all the time to record any conversation I might need to recall later.
I'm glad you finally got a call back and new temp on the way..

I have a couple internet businesses. People get mad at me because I require email backup to phone calls. I say, sorry, it will be in writing for BOTH of our sakes. There's no chance of hearing wrong, etc. And both parties then have a record of what's to happen. I never understand anyone who doesn't want that. So, while I don't print out copies, I save emails that have anything to do with orders, etc - for a long, long time. (I don't do paper anything unless I have to
)
