Made it to West Palm Beach today. Staying in beautiful John Prince county park here, right on the lake. Thinking about pushing my kayak in the lake on Sunday. It began raining here today, so sleeping will be good tonight.

One of my grandsons got here in time to go out to eat with my son and his finance. The other grandson from Louisville, Ky got here after dinner. We will have a whirlwind of activities tomorrow and then the Wedding on Saturday. It should be a grand time.

I will head back to Wildwood on Monday to have my slideout looked at.

Stay tuned, will post pictues as soon as I start taking some.

Enjoy the time with family, Nan. I'll want to hear more about that county park. I have a sister-in-law I need to visit in WPB sometime, and that might be the place to stay.

I hope you can get your slide fixed quickly. Let me know if you need me for anything.

Today was a great day, a group of the family wen to get manicures and pedicures. We are sooooo spiffy now. Tonight everyone will gather for dinner. Then two of my grandsons will take my son out for his bachlor party. This should be great.

Looks really nice. But one of my pet peeves are websites that either don't have pictures of the sites (this one does) or doesn't give rates (this one doesn't) - I absolutely hate that and rarely end up going there if that's the case. I do my research often when they don't answer phones. The exception in this case would be that it comes recommended - so would probably go the extra mile to get the info I want.

Have a great time with the family and the wedding - and enjoy your campsite!

And somewhere i missed - what is wrong with the slide?

Good point, Tina. Hopefully Nan has a designated dog walker for the evening.
Looks like a nice campground, Nan.

As the mother of the groom I must remain in control. The dinner was great. We celebrated my son's birthday after working this afternoon getting some food ready for tomorrow.

Beth I paid about 30.00 a night. If you are a resident of Palm Beach County the cost is less. But I am not and they won't let me use my son's license. The park is worth the price, it has sewer, electric and water. Cost will vary according to what you need. 30.00 is with everything. They also have shower houses around the park. A very nice exercise park for the dogs. Right now it is not full but have stayed here when sites were slow to find.

I had some problem with my slide making a very grinding sound while i was in Alaska. It slowly stopped sliding out and began to twist. It would pop and drag. When I had it checked out, the gears are all chewed up, never sat directly on each other correctly, so everything will have to be replaced. I have an extended warrantly so it should cover it. I have to stop at the shop going home and await the adjustor to look at it and approve the work to be done. So we will go from there.

Will keep you updated and post pictures when I can.

The wedding was great. They wrote their own vows, so things became a bit emotional.

The bride and groom.

Then the fun began, my two grandsons dancing together.
