I never knew there were so many kinds of barbed wire. I know Chuck and I put up many and re-stretched many strands of barbed wire over the years. Especially when we had cattle and horses.

I guess I have never given barbed wire the thought I should have! Who'd have thunk it would have so many variations and so many adjuncts to go along with it! I wonder what "Gleet" is? I will have to look that affliction up!

Around here barbed wire is part of our daily life...so is baling wire! Yes I remember counter checks! In fact our locally owned family bank just stopped using them in the last 10 years...what a stink that raised! There were people who had never in their life used personalized checks and were down right torqued off that they had to start paying for their checks. Question of the day: Does anyone remember universal checks?
