Climb Without Limits

Just when I get complacent and even a little bored, I read something like this and it’s like a shot in the arm. Bonner Paddock is the son of a minister-friend of mine from California. She is completely deaf, although I had no idea for a long time because she reads lips so well. And now her 32-year-old son with Cerebral Palsy has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise $250,000 for a child center. Although my donation was really small, to say I’m impressed would be quite an understatement.

Awesome read. It never ceases to amaze me that there are people like Bonner. Who despite perceived limitations and challenges, prove that there really is no such thing. The only things there are that can stop you, are the limits you set and let yourself believe in.

Really makes my gripes and whines about work sound childish and selfish.
