Whew! Finally moved and officially a full-timer!

My son got up very early and made a second three-hour one way trip to Michigan to get the rest of my stuff. He has an Explorer and an open trailer. Even pulled in his dad to help load. I am very grateful to them both, and especially glad to get this whole ordeal over. Whew.
I hated to tell him, but he and the movers put my recliner way in the back of the storage shed. This was supposed to go in the empty spot in my motorhome where I had had the dinette removed. I waited until he got storage facility and mentioned it and that I was going to get the movers back tomorrow (Monday) but he climbed over a ton of stuff, moved some, and we retrieved it. He hauled it to the motorhome, and it is sitting in its correct place, finally!! It even fits and we had no problems getting it through the door either.
A lot cooler today with some rain, so I spent a good 2.5 hours with the generator running and putting stuff away. Refrig and freezer were cold, so frozen stuff and cold stuff got put in. Got all the rest of my groceries put away also. Plus got my clothes put away and dumped out some of the bedding I had put there for guests. I am keeping just enough stuff for one guest at a time, and other guests can bring own bedding or sleeping bags, per your advice, all. Gives me a lot more room.
I also have sorted some stuff out and put it in my "long-term" storage bins under the front slide. Way too hard to get stuff in and out of those large bins, so suitcase and winter coat and few sweaters will go there. Also stuffed in some stuff I am taking to my California son. Still have 3 bins to empty and probably will end up moving a lot of the stuff I put away once I decide my organizational system. I still have plenty of basement room, luckily, so I am guessing some stuff will go there. Need to buy some bins for small stuff so I can put it in cupboards and preserve my precious drawer space in the kitchen.
So tomorrow morning, I will turn 69 and go to get my Ohio drivers license. I expect to say good-bye and head up to Michigan by noon for a week long good-bye trip--and a stop by my old office on Tuesday to show my new home off to coworkers. (Got to spiffy things up at my campground tomorrow night so it looks nice!) Visiting some cousins in upper Mcichigan. Will see Sue at Mackinaw also! Then back to Ohio for a three-day garage sale and to head west for the summer on June 30. I actually have done it. WOW!
People keep asking if I will miss my condo--answer is NO WAY. That part of my life is over and a new part starting.
