So enjoyed traveling with you and Peaches. There is probably no bond to equal owner and his (her) dog traveling alone. Rudy has been my shadow for almost 6 years but this 17 day trip has taught me so much more about the relationship we have.
Alaskan Tourist Industry should give you perks for the advertisement.

Wonderful pix Beth. Beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for sharing. I really loved the one of you & Peaches up by the Alaska sign - your timer sure came in handy.

Beth, you are correct in your assessment of Tok. Delta Junction is a much better choice.

Glad you got to see allot of wildlife. The sheep were probably licking the salt that's mixed with the sand used on the icy roads.
Sorry you got hammered from the gravel truck. I probably would have stopped for a bit and let him get further ahead.

Beautiful pictures! Great narrative, too. Thanks! Travel safe!

He turned and was coming towards me - was very brief - but very strong blast of gravel. Luckily - any longer and I doubt I'd have a window.
