After The Storm

Most of you know from my posting on Morning Coffee yesterday, that we were in Major winter storm. The same storm system that spawned the killer tornadoes in Branson, MO and Harrisbug, IL. Well, we didn't get that kind of weather, but we sure got hit with a mess of very wet snow. At least 8 to 10 inches. So while others are basting in warm sunshine down south or milder weather in the southern part of MI and the border states to the south, we spent yesterday and again today digging out from under the white stuff. Any hopes of a possible early spirng this year are gone out the window and another storm is coming tomorrow night with just as much if not more than we had yesterday. Ah, the joys of March

These pictures were taken of my yard and my road this morning:

Sue, I'm so sorry you got hit with the white stuff, just when you thought spring was right around the corner. I hope you haven't put your snow blower away yet.

At least spring snows are very wet and melt quickly. And you probably need the moisture too, after a dry winter.

Sue I totally sympathize with you. My home on wheels looks just like yours does right now. I have not been out of the house since last Wed so don't know if I could pull it out if I could get the cover off.

It is beautiful to look at, but not to live in. You have some great pictures there. Wish for you warm weather.
