great scenery, Phoenix is having their county fair now and they do that
fried everything too, I don't know why its always such a big deal to deep
fry stuff at fairs but they always do it. They show it on the news, they
even had deep fried moon pies, m & m's, whatever you could come up
with they would deep fry it on a stick. Can't say that I would enjoy a
hot pickle either.

I'm glad you were able to keep your connection long enough to post these. Neat pics - and I, too, don't think I'd care for the fried pickles - and I do love pickles. Why can't they just sell them as is on a stick?

I wonder why we have to have everything fried!!! they harp about the diet of the american people and how bad it is then they fry everything that is either good for you or even bad for you!!!
and we just have to try it so too late for the fair here in ut and too late for the fairs in AZ guess no fairs this year
enjoyed your pictures so pretty keep us posted

I agree with you about fried foods EXCEPT for my Indian fry bread. First thing I look for when I get into New Mexico or to a pow wow. Love those country roads if I'm in my car.

Fried Pickles? :o I'll pass, I'd have a belly ache afterwards just looking at those!! I like donuts although they seem to stick to my sides so have to avoid those too...groan! I hate giving up on favorites.

Loved the photo's of the covered Bridges! Thanks :D

all things in moderation,.... on the fried foods. But thanks, but no thanks on the fried pickles. They are interesting, but I'm not even slightly curious about them. warm pickles just don't turn me on. But have you ever had fried ice cream? Had that at a fair once,.... yummy!
