Blanco and BSP are one of my favorites. Will be hard this winter to not go stay there a few days. Glad you at least spent a day sightseeing there.

Great tour of Blanco; one of my favorite Texas haunts too. Did you see the record holding ancient oak tree? I've got a reservation for a camp with my DD and DGD in March. So sorry to be missing you this winter.
