Updated the blog again - finishing up on Yavaros so I can start on Mazatlan.
While watching the salvage operation I took a lot of pictures of the fishing activity going on. From young boys to old men - fishing from shore and out in their boats.
Hope you enjoy. Image

So interesting to see Mexico through your eyes, Carol! I am glad to hear you made it to Mazatlan and that Bill (and, subsequently, you) seemed to relax a bit now! The people there seem to have not much money, but seem to love their fishing and makeshift tools. They are a very handsome people....I love their facial features and healthy-looking skin color. Thanks again for this latest tour!

Thank you Carol for sharing with us...enjoyed seeing the pictures...when you use Spanish could you put the English word with it so we can learn what it is
and also know for sure what it is...can't think of an example but when I read the Spanish word wondered if it was a boat or ship...if it's a big problem don't worry about it just know that we appreciate all that you do share with us
