I want one of these!

We were out last night and saw a man using one of these retro handsets with his iPhone. My husband saw my eyes light up and added it to my growing birthday list. This would be perfect when you need hands free talking plus on a long call I start imagining all sorts of stuff leaking into my brain. Here's a link to the Amazon site. The sound is supposed to be fantastic. Oh, and it also works with other brands of cell phones.

That's neat and something I think I'll keep on my wish list for in the future.

I like that!! The new smart phones feel like you're holding a calculator to your ear, that handset is much more civilized.

It would seem to me that having that type of phone to connect to your smartphone would eliminate the need for a 'landline'...which would help one to afford to make the change from a regular cell phone to a smartphone...probably very little difference overall to one's monthly phone budget....just a thought...(I had tried the Droid smartphone & ended up taking it back...couldn't get the volume to work for me...as I have the beginning of hearing loss, & it didn't feel good in my hand, plus it irked me that I was paying almost $100 a month as you had to have internet connection (with a $30 fee per mo.)...and I'm already paying for internet on my desktop...Anyhow, if that phone has a good volume control...it could really be good for those of us with a little bit of a hearing disability....
Just my 2 cents....which today isn't worth 2 cents anymore............. :?
