Sharon...this is what Almostthere posted...so she saw the same ad that I saw...

I am sure I am not the only Good Sam member that recieved an email concerning their new ER service app for your cell phone, but for those who might not read about it I thought I would bring it up. Looks like the app is only for the droid phones until Aug 1st. Using the phone lets you get help with the touch of one button. It works on GPS so help can find you easily.

ON EDIT: Looks like Excel beat me to this last Friday and I missed it.

The ER service is their Emergency Road service...I don't have them. Haven't checked their site yet to see if the Trailer Life is available, but sometimes it's just easier to grab the book.

Wow!!! I guess the 'new' thing now a days is phone apps for RVers....Anyhow, this one was posted on my RV Travel weekly newsletter...thought I'd share it.... 8-)

CampingRoadTrip.com has released an Android version of its popular Camp Finder app with locations of 14,000 campgrounds and RV parks.

Of course now that I don't have an Android phone I'm running into all these neato apps....However, I tell myself it's okay....cause even if I ever figured out how to download them I'd probably never figure out how to find them again and use them....
