Hi, Nan! I clicked and clicked, and nothing happens! I am afraid that isn't a real link! Would love to see your picture! Glad you are feeling better, according to Liz. Spider bite, eh, possibly? Them there little critters have been known to be quite toxic!

Safe traveling, and I hope to see you and Bear soon!

It seems as if you and Liz are having a super trip northward!

Oh Nan, you have a nice blog, it will help you remember the highlights of your trip. The deer and their actions were something in the telling would be so hard to believe. What nice pix, you got of all of them, and that baby, so unusual not to see Mom and Baby running.

My favorite though was the old truck and the teardrop. He did a really nice job on them. And red my favorite color. :)

I added your blog to my favorites, so I can keep check on you  ;)

Hope you're feeling like your ole self again. Heard on the news that there is a tick this yr. that will not give you Lyme desease, but will make you realllllly sick, didn't hear it all, you sure you didn't get bit by one of those ticks? Anyone who gets bit by a tick, they said not to kill it, put it in something and take to dr. with you, so they can test which type bit you.
After my news broadcast here, I really do hope you are back up to par and able to thoroughly enjoy your trip once again.

Stay safe,
CArol :)

I heard something on the news also about this tick that doesn't give you Lyme disease but gives you a malaria like illness. They said the problem is that there's no big red circle to see that you've been bit...The good news is if you have been they have medication to treat you with so there aren't any lasting ill effects. I seem to remember that the outbreak was in the upper eastern states...MA, RI, Conn.....etc. Up that way. Sorry that I can't remember more...just remember it was pretty serious...
