Bubbies I tried it and I liked it

I was in a natural food market the other day and mentioned to one of the clerks that I had stomach issues. She said, You need Bubbies Sauerkraut and marched off down the aisle returning with a cold jar of sauerkraut exclaiming it had changed her life. Well I thought I've tried everything else so I bought myself a jar of Bubbies and I am really amazed at how much better my stomach feels!! I Googled it and found it contains lots of good stuff. I had read that cabbage and cabbage juice was good for healing stomach and mouth problems but never though of connecting that to sauerkraut. So look for it in the refrigerated section along with their pickles which I haven't tried. After watching Jamie Oliver's Food Revolt program from LA last night I am so thankful I live somewhere that I have access to good food.

I can't wait to see what/where Mitch goes with this!

You've probably tried this - but what works for me is apple cider vinegar - when my stomach acted up once, that did the trick right away. I'm going to hope I don't need Bubbies, as that's one of the foods I don't care for - but would eat it if I ever have that problem :) Glad you found somthing to help.

A Tbls of apple cider vinegar a day is good because it mimics the acids in the stomach and helps with digestion. In the myriad of diets I've been on, most tout the vinegar regimen.

Lenora, Thanks for why it works :) I just knew it did.

It also works against fleas in dogs (and probably cats) if a small amount is added to their water. I was doing it when Peaches had fleas but quit after she was over them. Probably should start again - she didn't mind it at all. Figure it's an extra step with the Frontline - since she seems prone to them.

I love natural remedies - keep it on hand for my belly and her fleas - hahaha.
