The bad news is that my much touted sailing trip has been cancelled. The captain has a peg, er bum leg and is not up for the trip. Truth is I think the whole crew may be getting too old. No problem....I'll just stay here in my own lakeside paradise another 10 days.

The good news is that Aunt Bea got her money out of probate, so the closing on the sale of my house should happen very soon and well before I leave for the northeast. That'll be a relief.

God is good.

Aw, I know how much you were looking forward to that sailing trip - so will just have to keep that on your bucket list and do another time.

Fantastic about the closing. That happening before you leave will be something you won't have to have hanging over your head. So glad to hear that.
