Another reason why I keep two emails: one personal email and one I use for junk or registering for things and ourchasing stuff online. That way, when something is compromised, I don't have to send out a new email address to all of my friends and business associates.

There have been so many security breaches in the last couple of years. Can't trust that your information is safe anywhere.

Got an email from my Chase bank that yes, indeed, there was a breech. They feel "fairly certain" that only names and emai addresses were compromised. ;)

yea, Chase notified me too and so did Krogers as I'm on their email list for sales and coupons.
I have gotten a little bit of spam lately but I just delete it and don't even open it.

I got my message from Chase, as well. I delete all mail if I don't know the sender. If I have the least doubt, I delete.

The Fred Meyer grocery store pharmacies got hit, too. Fred Meyer is owned by Krogers. It's where I shop and get my meds.

Just received the email from Bank of America & Target. After watching 60 minutes on Sunday, about banks & how they've been & are handling Foreclosures, I would really like to find a different company for my mortgage so I could tell BofA good bye.......... :?
