I love the name of the races - and the different entries are a hoot. What a fun weekend that must have been.

oh how funny, the title caught me by surprise as my brain was thinking NASCAR,
then of course I saw the first pic and I said, ohhhh NASH, duh. Really funny

Funny, Carol,.... I'll bed there were a lot of laughs at all of those "cars".... :lol:

I like your shot of the turkeys. I have a lot of them around my house and as soon as i get out the door with the camera they are heading for the woods on a run. very camera shy, to get that picture you had to be good! :D

Looks like fun! In our area just about every small town has some type of yearly summer celebration...one has the annual Toilet Bowl Races...others are the Turtle Races, Cornstock, Hot Dog Days, Czech Days, Fish Days, Pioneer Days, Kuchen Festival, Riverboat Days, Stampede Days, Danish Day.....all of them are fun.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.
