I finally made it to Oregon !! Seems like I've been trying to get here for years.
I'm not at the coast yet but I will be very soon - I'm working on the slowing down part of the journey so I'll be driving abour 80 miles tomorrow and spending a few days at what looks like a nice RV park close to some fun things. Not sure where I'll go from there, but I know it'll be toward the ocean !! Sorry I'm being a little vague as to where I am exactally, but I was reminded that anyone can see my posts and I'd just as soon not tell the "bad guys" where I am - I'm really trying to wait till I'm gone from a place before giving any specific information.

Slowing down and simply moving instead of speeding and racing from one spot to another is going to be the hardest thing I will have to learn. I have never traveled slow enough to enjoy the trip.

I'm on a trip now and I swear that everytime I see a 5th wheel I think about you driving one of those HUGE things and just can't believe it! You sure are brave!

You're just going to love it there-unless you just drive on thru without stopping. You 've finally made it where you've always wanted to go so it's time to STOP, STOP, STOP and keep that crazy, happy face on for awhile. She's baaack. carold

Wow, Trudy, who would have thunk it? You have travelled quite a distance. I am so proud of you. I look up to you and will use your posts as insipirations when I finally get to do it. Bet that part of the country is beautiful and quite different than Iowa. You go girl! Keep the faith and know we are with you every mile of the way. What are sistas for???
