I was so caught up in reading posts, taking with others on the PM here and the IM on Facebook that I forgot that GEORGE CLOONEY was on Piers Morgan on CNN! Normally, I would be devastated at missing an opportunity to oogle George, but thanks to technology, I will be able to do so tomorrow. I love my DVR and you gals!!!! S'ok...George and coffee in the AM. Good thing he can't see me in the morning!!!! I know, this isn't related to RVs in any way, shape, or form, but I just had to share my joy at the art of DVR and recording things at 0200!!!!

Laughing about the love of your DVR - while I sit here pondering whether or not to put up my antenna and see what I might pick up. Nah, already after 10 - going to just take a book to bed

Funny stuff you find out about once you're no longer in your stick and bricks...cable TV in an RV park is just basic. no recording on DVR, no pausing or backing up to see or hear something you missed, no menus to show what's on, no "info" to tell you what the show is about....no can do. Refrigerator freezers don't automatically defrost, no dimmer switches to set a lovely light in a room, no 20 minute showers, no loading the washing machine and dishwasher, no beater bar vacuums. BUT you can go anywhere.... at anytime..... to see anything.... You can sit at the base of the mountains, overlook a canyon, see the desert sunset, backup to the ocean beaches, visit the Lincoln memorial on your way to the fall colors of Vermont....anytime...anywhere.....George who?
