Okay, after a somewhat quiet weekend....just some shopping and of course the NASCAR races.....we started the week out by taking a boat ride on Taylorville Lake....

And found another old house....a nicely restored log cabin on a farm near here..

Today we drove down to Mammoth Cave National Park and took the tour....

It's a really good photo of Ernie....

Now, I'm tired and need to rest my aching knees.... :?

Nice pics,... I went through Mammoth Caves many years ago. My husband and I were visiting his aunt and uncle in TN and made a nice trip of it. Good to see you folks having fun!

I forgot to add that they have 3 campgrounds there in the park......none have hookups......only 1 that will take RVs or campers, the others are tenting only.....they all looked very primitive.......but there is a RV resort in the area and a Jellystone campground close by, too.....If you have the "America the Beautiful"/Golden Access card, they do give 1/2 off on the price of the tours and at the campgrounds.....we had a great time...

Oooooh, love it all. Looks like you all were having a good time. Noticed how you ladies posed so well at the Mammoth Cave sign - the guys in there pic looked like, "OK get this pic over with" LOL

What a great time you are allowing us all to have with you.

I sure am enjoying your trip! The photos inside the cave were wonderful - - my cave photos never look that good.
