Makes sense ;) I'm not big on breaded, fried foods for the most part so that helps.

I like fried fish and chicken fried steak but after taking Pepcid everyday for years I found out that if I stay away from things like that I don't have heart burn. I can't remember the last time I fried anything at home. We went to Shucks(local seafood restaurant) the other day and I ordered fried oysters. They were good at the time but it was back to the Pepcid later. Not worth it in the long run. We have cut way back on the meat we eat too.

I believe it!!!

I don't care for much of anything deep fried. I prefer my sea food broiled or boiled! Altho I do admit a horrible love and weakness for deep fried oysters. OMG don't put a plate of those in front of me!!!! GONE!
