Telescopic shot of test launch sent from Canaveral this morning, taken from front yard of my house.


Another regular shot taken after I had watched the gleaming rocket shoot up into the sky, reflecting the sun. I hurried to get outside when I heard the announcement it was taking off on my TV, and forgot my camera, of course! It's always fun to see history in the making, no matter if it's only in my memeory!

Soos, I watched that on TV and really kind of held my breath, while it took off and went up and up and up. So glad you got the shots. Yes, it is great seeing history made. I am so glad you got to see that happen. I wasn't sure you would be able to see it from Central Florida.

Way cool, seeing a launch was on my bucket list but now I guess I'll have to wait and see what else NASA comes up with.
