ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!

unexplained puddle around the base of the toilet
it could only mean there is a leak
the water is clean water so it must be coming from the peddle
valve. Will have to get the diagram out and look at the breakdown
and see if its something I can fix myself. Of all the stuff I'm trying
to get accomplished and now just one more little bump in the road.
Not to worry girls, I'm fine, and I'll just deal with it.
But just a little note to the almighty being upstairs....ARE YOU
DONE YET?!?!?! I do have other things to do!

Ava, when I had that problem was a simple seal fix. Course, I had no idea how to remove the toilet to fix it - but was fixed easily. Hope yours is just as easy.

Ava, Janice knows a guy who'd be more than willing (but not necessarily able) to fix it for you! :o

Just what you need right now, Ava. Glad you are good at fixing things yourself. I'm sure you will get it figured out! If in doubt, call the toilet mfr to ask them questions. Just don't accept offers from any mysterious men

on second note, after several uses of the toilet this morning
the puddle is there again so guess its from using the peddle
just like I thought. Will go ahead and check into that.

Ava, I had that same problem once in my old trailer. Turned out that the water line coming into the back of the toilet was loose & just needed tightening. You might want to check there, since you're seeing clear water.

One good thing about having a wet bath is the shower drain is right there. :D Then again, would probably not notice a small leak with the shower drain right there. If the problem isn't fixed before you take the trailer to storage, make a note of it so there will be no surprises when you use it again. well, turns out the puddle is from the seal cause now water won't stay in the bowl.
I'm opting to wait until after storage to get it fixed. Its not leaking as long as I
don't leave water in the bowl. I will have a better budget when it comes out of
storage.

On my last camping trip my toilet wouldn't hold water again and had a small leak. I had to pass a Camping World on my way home so decided to see if they would change my toilet. I had to wait all afternoon but got it changed. The shops I usually go to won't let you wait and it's such a PIA to bring it in and have someone pick me up and bring me back. I had it worked on for the same thing a couple of years ago and I could have bought a new toilet for what they charged me in labor plus had to wait for them to order parts. I picked the tallest one they had and my old one already had a 2 inch riser so now I have a "handicap toilet". lol Good for old knees.

I was thinking in terms of replacing the whole toilet as well, but after
the storage thing. The hard water here really has the plastic in bad
shape anyway and after its been in storage springs and seals are
probably going to start having "moments"
