Cody's Catfish Pond RV Camping

This weekend I traveled down to Weeki Wachi and camped out at Cody's Catfish Pond RV Camping. Here are a few pictures to share my weekend with you.

The Vu Cube worked great in tracking the hurricane on the move this weekend:

This is the truck on the back of my motorhome, works great.

Even with the storm, warm humid weather and the winds it was a great weekend. Had a campfire, roasted marshmellows, made smores, all this in the rain!! Fun can be had in any kind of weather. This was a good relaxing weekend, now back to the JOB>

Looks like a great place. And, yep, it's a matter of making lemonade when you have lemons - you certainly did that.

I was wondering how that Cube was working for you - did you have any trouble getting reception in the trees?

Not a bit Beth just pointed it SW and located the satelite. Had great reception just like the reception at home.

I have usually depended on whatever reception I could get in any given location so for me this was good to have this during the stormy time.

I love the portability of this unit, if I change motorhomes can take this one with me, can use it here at home if I want to do that. We can enjoy the football games out by the pool. So for me this was a good choice.

looks like a great little campground, although I love to go fishing and I have NEVER
caught a catfish, I would probably have more fun feeding those big guys. I'm gonna
have to check out that cube thing, it certainly looks simple. Think I saw them listed
in camping worlds catalog.
