Certain Garmin Nuvi models have been recalled due to a potential battery problem (overheating, presenting a fire hazard).

Here's the website if you want to check yours - have your serial number handy. Based on my serial number, my 750 is NOT part of the recall.

I already sent mine in a few days before you posted this.. and Yes, again I get the Fickled Finger Fate Award.. Mine
was on the recall list...HA .. never fails with me.. .. Now I'm waiting for "Her" return.. sure hope they updated her for me too for the inconvenience.... Would be a nice surprise..
