SealTech RV Leak Test

Have any of you ever had this test done?

I was just reading a couple of horror stories over on the Fun Finder (my trailer brand) forum about water leaks and the resulting damage. I've read before over there about this test and just forgot about it. Several members just rave about it and how it can stop leaks before extensive damage is done. Supposedly, it costs $100 and is cheap insurance for once every two years.

I've located several dealers that offer this service around the location of the September AR GTG and I plan to have it done sometime while on that trip (probably on the way home)...

Hopefully, someone here has experience! If not, then I'll be our guinea pig! (shut UP, Vickie...)

Makes sense to me after watching the video, same way we used to check for leaks on stuff at work and same way you check for leaks on gas and refrigeration lines. And guess what? RV repair place about a half mile up the road from me uses it! Something to think about. Thanks Mitch!

All the people who claimed to have fixed my water leak should have used it to make sure. Seems to me that would make sense, also. I would have paid for it.

Beth, there's a place in Madison that does it. That's pretty close to where you are, no?
My closest is 2+ hour away!

Unfortunately, that's the place that ripped me off and caused me lots of problems - so wouldn't use them or recommend them to my worst enemy. They even charged me for work they hadn't done. And the insurance company had paid them for.

That said, I fixed me leak and have been sitting here in storm after storm with no more signs of any water - so while it wouldn't hurt to have that test - won't do it there! Thanks for looking though :)
