a question about firefox

ok, a while back I downloaded the mozilla firefox browser and have been
using that instead of internet explorer, however, when I ran my cleanup
to clean up all the cookies and stuff, there weren't any :? I used to have
tons from surfing on IE and had to clean them out pretty much weekly.
But the foxfire is starting to run slow, or would it possibly just be my
verizon? I have no clue and I'm not that computer savy like I used to be.
Is foxfire NOT storing cookies?

I use firefox and I like it a whole lot better then internet explorer. Once in a while I will clean it and i DO think it stores cookies but Im not sure. YOu might go to firefox.com and look into the workings of it.

WHenever mine gets wacky which is only every once in a while,, and hasn't been in a while... I just shut down and reboot and it seems to get things oiled up again.

That's about all I know.... hope it helps...

I don't know about cookies as I use both IE and Firefox but my computer has been verrry sloooww and IE freezes up on me much too often. Then I switch to Firefox. It can be slow as well. A friend says her husband has been complaining about his puter being slow as well. I thought maybe it was because my puter was getting old but beginning to think it is because so many more people are now using the web.

Ava that sounds like me although I didn't have the cleanup when I was on IE I was way surprised that it doesn't have more to go through.....
and my computer has been slow as well and I was blaming it on that tree that the waves have to go through....makes one ponder huh?
So if someone answers your question it will help me out as well

ha, why didn't I think of going to the website
here's what I found out, it does save cookies, but they
have their own cleanup tool.
Here is the link in the FAQ and it tells you how to do it.
