Hey All,
Spent most of the morning on my belly Fixing a broken Bath tub drain. I think I have got it licked. I sure hope so. Had to take out an interior wall just to get to it. Going to re-inforce pipes while I have it open. They just don't make things easy to work on..Oh well at least I can do it myself so I am happy for that.
Feeling much better.Breathing normal again. Hoping to leave for Colorado Friday. I am gonna spend a few days gettin there. I am sooo excited..
Have an awesome day..MaryMac

Good job, Mary! Couldn't do that with mine, the whole shower is 1 piece, the whole thing would have to come out. Another one of those things that it would go to the repair shop for.

YOU GO GIRL! ! ! I did some plumbing the other day (replaced a faucet) in my house, now my RENT house) I felt good about it! Empowering , I believe I could call it. I love it when I can "play" self sufficient. Hate to be dependent on a repair guy,, but alas,, mostly I am! I plan on getting LESS so, tho,, asap!
Have a great time in CO! Let us know where you are and post pics!

very gutsy. Love that you tackled it, better that you fixed it. Isn't it just the best, self sufficiency. Agree with the others. Did you have prior plumbing experience or did you just jump in? Goodness.
Be safe now that you're all ready to hit the road.
