Catching Up Time

Postby ali1257 » Mon May 24, 2010 12:43 am

It's been awhile since I have had time to sit and read the posts on here. I have sure missed you all. I took time to write another blog post (you can see it via the link below) about where we are (Ft. Lewis) and what we have been up to here at the carnival. I also included the next few stops for us as we travel/work/live with the carnival here in the Pacific Northwest. I hope you can each take a few minutes and catch up with us.

Our next move is to Portland, OR tomorrow. We will be there for three weeks. Hope to keep in touch a little more often.

It's good to hear from you, Ali, whenever you can find the time in your busy 'Carnie' life! I love hearing about your escapades!

I have a daughter in Portland----I wonder if she'll go to the carnival. I'll have to call her and find out!

Happy travels!

Hi Echo...I drove from Sequim to Port Townsend and did just fine except for when Ron got scared thinking I was too close to the right side of the freeway. You can read all about it on my blog.

We are currently in Portland for three weeks for the Rose Festival. From here we go north to Marysville, WA. I plan on driving again from the first rest area in Washington to Marysville. It is a straight shot up the interstate. A little nervous about driving through Seattle but it will be the middle of the day and I won't be taking the express lanes so not anticipating any problems.

Thanks for asking.
