Hope you get feeling better soon - those summer bugs are mean. sending some hot tea with lemon and honey (with maybe a little dab of....) and chicken soup

Hey all... I'm getting there... a little dash of the zamboooooo co...as my darling little grand nephew says..will always help... and of course that strong strong brew..omg talk about caffeine rush.. now you do understand why they serve it in little tiny cups LOL that chit will kill ya !! Yes, I'm starting on the mend.. I had Mamma's remedy going ..the warm wine at night time.. but not the nasty sock around the neck.. no way ... LOL.. and lots of garlic.. I think my family does try their best to make sure I don't ever have to be embombed..cause if you don't survive the cure you are petrified for sure..!
thanks all for your kind wishes....now if the rest of my body can catch up I'll feel even better... The heart is pumping and that's a good thing !!!...
Eating light.. well sort a.. will have Pepper and Eggs for lunch....with good olive oil... of course and my pizza bread..oh I have to take picture of it so you all can see what I'm talking about...
See when I'm talking food you know I'm getting better...but with Italians it's always "mangimi il tuo volto" (fee da u a fay sa ) LOL we never starve a fever ..we flood it and always feed a cold...in fact to the point of bail out for your own safety..cause everyone that comes to visit has this jar of stuff... that works for them....If they ever have to do an autopsy.. God Bless that poor Dr... LOL.. a concoction that could never be described...
Ok, now it's time I get an wash my hair cause it really needs it badly...
You all have a wonderful day.. the sun is bright in my window.. and I'm gonna suck it up.. get my vitamin D.. the natural way for just a few minutes.. and water my tomatoes...they are growing nicely in their pots...
