Missing you...

Postby Excel » Sat Mar 13, 2010 3:02 pm

As I've said before I don't post often, (unless I have something interesting to share, however as I'm in my stick house & not RVing yet this year...it's been super cold & lots of rain here in Northern CA)...anyhow, I do check this site frequently...it's always uplifting to see how everyone supports each other during good & sometimes not so good situations...so I've noticed that Nasoosie & Echo haven't been posting as often as in the past....Just wanted to say that I sure miss their posts & hope they haven't forgotten how many friends they have on this website & how we all enjoy meeting up with them here...Personally I don't care if they have just ordinary things to say....I enjoy every word they post....Hope they hear my plea... Hey Gals....how about dropping by & saying Hello..... ;) By the way....soooo happy to hear from Trudy...glad all is going so well for her... :P

that goes for me too, even if its ordinary stuff I still like to read it, because we
are all so different in many ways, we are still alike in many other ways. Thats
what makes life so grand! Can you imagine if everyone was totally the same?

I, too, love your new picture, Cedar! The mountains in the background are so much nicer than the 'canned' school photos!

Sorry to have been absent lately, but I have been wrestling with retirement/money/poor me woes that I just couldn't bear to share or even face or deal with. I have been worried about my outlook and my mental health, and managed to get up the nerve to allow my kids to know about it, via an email that I was wishing I had deleted rather than sent. But now I am glad I did send it.

However, I did enter a post in the morning coffee that will explain my better outlook and mood today! Thank you for missing me----that even adds to my good feelings this morning! I feel as if I am emerging from the Valley of the Shadow of Death, and, even with heavy snow and winds, I feel as if I'm on a tropical isle in the sun today!

Trudy, I was so excited to hear from you again! After all, your Molly and my Molly will have to meet some day down the road!

Now I'm off to build a fire and make it as warm as the tropics in this house!
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

Now we just need to hear from Echo and Kelly. Maybe they got sucked into the virtual world of Farmville and left us all behind to work on their farms. I hear that can happen! Anyone on Facebook that can find out? Offer to sell them some sheep and see if they bite!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

THANK YOU for posting.... :P really missed you... :(
Sounds like you are facing some difficult situations/decisions & I'm sorry. Don't know you other than what you post, but you seem to be one heck of a gal with lots of compassion for others, lots of energy, an appreciation for nature & an eye for the beauty around you that you've been kind enough to share with us. I don't know the answer to why sometimes our lives just get us down & it's so hard to fight our way back up...but I do know that you have a lot of people that really care about you in this group...so when you're feeling down, don't hesitate to share....these gals will give you the 'spark' you need to get through it...Thinking positive thoughts for you...take care of yourself... :)
