We're almost there! We're about 75 miles from Yuma. Gonna see about finding a place to take showers. Will have to bust butt to find somewhere to camp. So many rv parks and/or age 55+ places... Just need a tent site with water and electric hookups, nothin fancy.

Glad you are almost there. Once you are there can you send some of that sunshine up to us here in WA state?

Now we are here and it's just gorgeous out! Perfect temp and I know it sounds funny but it smells good here, lol. If I could I would gladly share the sun and warm temps with all who are still feeling winter's bite!

you aren't that far from us. we are 82 miles north of Yuma on 95 where are you headed? didn't know that you guys were on the move last I heard you were freezing your butts off in Florida

Cool. We're gonna camp out at Mittry Lake till 1/26 so we can save up for a regular campground. At least that's if we can find one. How is Quartzsite? Wish it was warm enough to go swimming at the lake.
