Here are a few pics I took both yesterday and today while at my Mandy's Grandmother's and then back here, at home.

Image
Snow geese on cornfield near Mema's house. I have NEVER seen so many geese at one time in my life!

Image
I took these geese shots after I got things unloaded at Mema's, and took my camera back there. The first time I went by, the field was entirely WHITE with geese! I had thought somebody had put a white net over the entire acres of corn fields!

Image
Many geese were in the process of taking off when I took this picture.

View of Lake Champlain from Mema's house.

Beautiful truck in Mema's yard!!

And outside at home NOW! Firday, at 3:30 pm---the beginning of our snow! YIPPEE!!!

Image
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!

Happy day after Turkey Day to you all!

Beautiful, Soos. And I want to visit Mema's house also - as long as no one assigns me to geese clean-up duty :)

Yes, it's a beautiful truck in the driveway, also.

We have ducks and geese covering the fields like that around here every year but I haven't seen one yet this year. Maybe it's a little early. They know just how far to stay from the road to keep from getting shot.

YAY!!! Snow for Soos to play in!!! Glad it's up there for you Soos and not down here for me. I have a friend in Maine that you would get along with just fine. I call her a Snow Witch!!! She's always saying that she goes out in the backyard and does nekkid snow dances to the Snow Gods. She's a nut and I was forever threatening to staple and duck tape all her clothes on her. She had hardly wait for winter to arrive, she loves it.

Did you count the geese? Kidding of course, quite impressive. Glad you love the snow - someone has to.
and yes the truck is really neat. Enjoy every mile you travel in it.
