Satellite Situation Solved

YES finally our satellite on Jennie is up and running - How did that happen you may ask? Well the installer finally got back in town - the parts he had ordered to fix dish were on back order would get here ????? SO did what we should have done to begin with - over to the storage lot and took the dish off the Alfa and put it on Jennie - up and running now. Installer will replace dish on Alfa after first of year. Of course I still have to "swap" the internet from the house to the RV. Hopefully there will be no problems there. Keep your fingers crossed. Can't do it until we are stopped tomorrow night - have to be in different zip code.
So we will be on the road tomorrow morning. Still haven't decided wether to go west then south or south then west. Depends on weather report tonight. Eventually we'll end up in Mexico. But before we cross border have to get in touch with "the installer" again to have him switch our dish from one satellite to another (one that will work better in southern Mexico.) I hope/think we've got everything done here. Our friend will move in to the house tomorrow night for the long haul.
Hip hip hoorey!

Sometimes to get things done you have to go in the back door. Glad you are finally getting on your way. Your posts are always wonderful when you are traveling.

Happy travels! It's been a long haul for you, waiting and waiting!
As others have said, can't wait to see your pics of your travels in Mexico again this year!
How are you lucky enough to have a friend who can live in your house while you are gone? This would be the perfect solution for leaving a place for a season, rather than draining water pipes, etc. etc.

I'm assuming that you are putting miles between you and your Indiana home already.
Praying traveling mercies for you both. God speed.
