Made it Home!

Wanted to let everyone know that we made it home to Blaine this afternoon.
First off, thanks for all your thoughts and prayers as we traveled on our journey.
We only had three little blips on the way home. First off, the main battery went dead! Thank goodness for house batteries that Ron could jump off to get us started and to Les Schwab. The old battery wasn't very old, just bought it in June so it was under warranty - yeah! The other two little blips were where the motor did its little gasp like it couldn't get gas. Ron just babied it for about 1/4 mile each time and then it did fine. That happened once yesterday and once this afternoon. He is going to talk to our mechanic now that we are home to see if we can figure out the problem.
Our trip was uneventful weather wise though yesterday was probably the most difficult with strong winds for most of the day as we drove West on I84 from Pendleton to Portland. Ron was definitely ready to stop for the night yesterday.
We will be home till the 20th when we will go to my aunt's for Thanksgiving. We will be driving our suburban and leaving the motor home at friends while we are gone. We will be gone for nine days.
Guess that's all for now. Hope everyone is having a good day on this 1st of November.
