Pictures and goodbyes

Well I'm all alone now - boo hoo. Birdie left yesterday and PattyK left this morning.

Sharon (Sprinter) joined us on her scooter. I gave her a Flamingo glass cause she came to visit me and promised to join the forum soon.



My friend Carole joined us and we barbequed some steaks then sat around drinking wine and talking. Carole left around 8pm, Birdie went to her rig around 8:30 and PattyK, Sharon and I continued till about 11:30. We finished off the wine and I DON'T want to discuss my head the next morning.

Tuesday PattyK and I went to the "biker" bar in Bandera then to the Texas Stonehenge. Patty has those pictures to post.

We had fun and at least Sharon is still here altho at a different park them me. Since she' working I can't lead her astray as much as I would like but stay tuned.

Karen, you have met so many of the women from here, I was wondering if you've kept count? I'm thinking you should have the award for most met even before you started with the wine glass presentations! Looks like fun was had by all! I thought JanetA was meeting yall too?

Yeah, Sprinter! Now you're obligated to join, aren't you? I sure enjoyed meeting you in PA...way back then, and look forward to your trip reports.

BOO HOO! ! ! I missed it! ! ! Just couldn't get out of prior obligations! ! ! ! (mom's dr appt. etc.)

Next time! ! ! ! Karen says she's coming to see me sometime. Hope that happens.. plus, anyone else that wants to come... would be awesome! I will check the campground fees and post them as soon as I get them. This is the best time in Texas, in MY opinion! TOday it's a high of 73 and more of same expected thruout the week and weekend. Sprinkled this morning but is partly cloudy and dry now. Nice gentle breeze and very pleasant to be outside. How is it in Kerrville, Karen?

Janet.....I did google Brady Texas and saw there were TWO towns called
Brady and really not that far apart, but then again, Texas is big so maybe
they really are far apart.

Sweet of you to google me! and im thinking Karen (Kerrville) is about 80 miles or so from me,, via curvy country backroads... but a LOVELY drive! HOping I can make it sometime in the NOT SO DISTANT future!
