Very pretty, Janice! Some nice colorful area rugs will really make it look rich.

I've been rug-shopping for a couple of weeks. :) Actually the ones I have liked have been
oversized bathroom rugs for, I suppose, oversized bathrooms. But they're thick, snuggly,
non-slip AND washable. I want a nice warm rug each in front of the sink and the couch.
A bathroom rug and something thick and warm next to my bed.

I like that you installed the boards cross-wise instead of length-wise to the coach. The installations I've seen before that ran the boards lengthwise made the coach look long and narrow. Cross-wise it really opened it up and helped it look wider. Congrats -- looks wonderful!

I actually wanted the boards to run lengthwise, but I was told no ... that they can work apart
when the chassis racks on the road. Sideways is more stable. But I'm very happy with how
it looks. I HATED that aqua green carpet -- bought the rig for the good shape it was in ... but
the decor wasn't my taste. The couch is fraying now, so that might give me an opportunity
to put a cover on it and use that same fabric to coordinate with other items in the rig.

I've actually been looking for an upholstery class so that I could use the couch as a project.
But they don't have them around here. Anyone know any good upholstery books?
