Would anyone like some Kansas rain?

The Verdigris River flows right by this campground, protected a little by a dike. It was the one that flooded two years ago and pretty much destroyed this area of the city. Of course, the flood was also combined with an oil spill from the refinery. Right now California sounds so nice . . . We're watching the slough that runs next to the street by our sites.
It's been raining heavily since last night.
