Tina, happy, happy birthday. Your travel plans are a great way to start your new year!

Thanks Beth. The day has been quiet as planned. I participated in my usual morning Y activities and ran some errands in the afternoon. I declined an offer to go out to dinner because I had already eaten a nice veggy burrito for lunch. My body just doesn’t need that many calories all in one day. I have managed to bring my weight down and am now in the learning to eat for life stage. Daughter Kate called with birthday wishes and I am going out to have linner with a friend that breeds Cavaliers tomorrow as we both have April birthdays close together. Since I took my birthday date off of Facebook I find the day passes much more quietly and I don’t mind.

Happy Birthday Tina, It sounds as though you are having a good day continuing to work on improving your health. I hope the year ahead holds many happy adventures for you and your furry companions.

Oops, sorry to be late, but glad you enjoyed a quiet birthday. My favorite way to celebrate these days too. Linda and I did take our friend Judy out for lunch for her late celebration this week. Sandwiches at the Bistro.
