Is anyone else having problems with the eagle cam? I haven't been able to get on for a few days now. Just wondering.

My understanding is that their cams are solar powered and the weather hasn't been cooperating. I tried checking today myself.

One of the cameras they think got zapped by lightning and is off to the repair shop. The other one is solar powered, and there's been not enough sun to charge it up lately! Sure hope the sun comes out long enough to see the baby before it flies off! They said it's becoming fledged now, and eating less as it gets older. I read the updates below the dark camera area to keep abreast of what's going on.

It's been at least a week i guess since we've had a working camera. It started when the tornadoes went through that area. They have put up messages that the chick is ok. Hope the cam gets fixed before the baby flies away!

He's huge. Baby is 6 weeks and 5 days old. Info reads at 6 weeks can tear and eat food, stand and walk. Next week it will be at maximum growth and the following week will start branching. That will be fun to watch.
