I read all kinds of stuff, I ran across this one this morning. If you like "true crime" stories, this article might be for you. I'm not particularly interested in true crime, but I found it interesting none the less.
I'm not sure how to describe it - but the article is about a new police procedure whereby the police now think they can determine in advance someone's guilt or innocence of a crime - just by listening to the caller's emergency 911 call.
It seems that innocent people are going to jail, and the guy who thought this up is getting rich by giving lectures about his "technique" all over the country.
Scary stuff.
