My Hyacinth flowers in full bloom! Boy do they smell wonderful!!





Praying Mantis I found on the golf course! Never seen one before. I moved him to the tree since I could barely see him in the grass and didn't want to accidentally step on him!



My neighbors Hibiscus. This blossom is about 6 inches in diameter!



My tomatoes are finally starting to ripen!



My latest gourd for my manager. A pencil holder. Her family just got 2 puppies! The paint on the rim and design are gold and glitter is gold. I put some red glitter on the heart. Hard to tell in these photos. Still need to seal it to make it all shiny!

Your pics are great. I cant wait to plant some flowers and veggies. We had snow yesterday so might be a couple weeks yet. LOVE your gourd, turned out very nice. I am sure they will love it.

Ps.

This might sound weird and icky to some of you, but I have always admired the praying mantis.

I remember that there seemed to always be one or two in the shrubbery around the house where I grew up. One time I had some meal worms for a lizard that I kept at the time. Being a curious child, I decided to take one of the meal worms and offer it to the mantis to see what would happen!

LOL. He/she seemed very pleased to receive it, and gobbled it straight down. They are very interesting creatures.
