I had to customer order it because my mattress is a short queen, 60" x 68", with a cut off corner. Bradd and Hall did measure the mattress size I needed, which was good because they would have been at fault if it were the wrong size. They had four thicknesses of mattresses, but I ordered the 8.5" thick "Escape Memory Foam Mattress" shown here: https://www.braddandhall.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=1322&idcategory=46. Cost was about $750.
Here is what the tag says:
1) The mattress was sold to Bradd and Hall by Mobile Sleep Components, 6732 West Coal Mine Ave, Littleton, CO. https://www.mobilesleepcomponents.com/
2) However, it was actually manufactured by Engineered Sleep Mattress Company, 627 Congaree Road, Greenville, SC!! https://engineeredsleep.com/
No wonder the communication was so bad with Bradd and Hall. They were talking to Mobile Sleep Components, who was talking with Engineered Sleep Mattress Company!! (Sort of like that "telephone" game you play as kids!) Had I known, I would have ordered it directly from Engineered Sleep Mattress Company.

By the way, it came in a box that was about 3' tall and maybe 15" x 15" wide. The darn thing weighed about 50 pounds, however, so it was lucky that I picked it up from a FedEx office in a Walmart. The guy put it in a shopping cart and I was barely able to tip into my rig through the side door. When you open the box, the whole thing puffs up, so it is recommended you open it near the bed!!! Even better is to get help, which I did not have.
It is really a comfortable mattress, but a bit firm for me, so I added a 1.5 inch topper. The 10" mattress would have been softer.
