Karen West and gtg

I am posting this with Karen's permission. She has had two strokes. Even communicating right now is difficult. Home health care is visiting 3 times weekly and, of course, she's next door to her daughter with help there (including helping by texting me most of this info). March is too soon to hope for getting together, so that's cancelled.

Please keep Karen in your thoughts and prayers. We'll hope to do this gtg another time if possible.

Oh no! I hope she can recover from them OK. Were they mini strokes or full strokes? I imagine it will be awhile before any damage can be determined.

Keep us posted Beth, on how she is doing.

Thank you, Irmi and all. Barbie, from what I understand, mini strokes.

Sorry to hear about Karen's stroke(s). If they are indeed TIAs (the mini strokes) she has a good chance of recovering. Let's hope so. Adding my thoughts and prayers to all the others. Thanks to Beth for keeping us updated.
